Privacy & your inquiry

When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, business name, email address, business state, and any optional phone number, coverage interest, or message you include. This information is used to review and respond to your request.

The website sends your inquiry to Linda’s designated inbox through our email delivery provider. It does not maintain a separate database of sales leads. Messages may be retained in the receiving mailbox. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment information, medical information, or confidential policy documents.

We use Resend to transmit website email. This provider processes message contents and delivery information to deliver and troubleshoot email. Linda’s receiving mailbox may retain your correspondence. We do not enable email open or click tracking.

To reduce spam, the site temporarily stores a keyed hash of your IP address, an attempt count, and a 15-minute expiry in its database. Expired counters are removed automatically. Cloudflare processes requests as the site’s network and security provider. Inquiry contents are not written to application logs. No advertising, tracking pixels, or visitor analytics are installed. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie; public pages do not require an account.

Social media and directions links take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. The portrait and logo are hosted with this website rather than embedded from social media.
